Shipping policy
Our normal production time is 5 to 7 business days plus an additional 3-6 business days for shipping if you are not using local pick up. However, please allow for extended production times during the busy holiday season.
Business days do not include weekends or the day the order was placed.
We ship USPS standard shipping. You will receive a tracking number when your order ships that should indicate if there is a delay. While your order will ship from the shop on time, the USPS could possibly experience some delays in package deliveries which is beyond our control. Please take this into consideration when placing orders that are time sensitive and needed by a specific date. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for package delays once an order ships.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Because all items in our shop are personalized or created when ordered, we do not accept returns or exchanges. We will create your order exactly as it is listed in the personalization section at checkout. If there is an error on our part, we will gladly correct the issue and send you a replacement item at no cost to you.
Since we begin processing orders promptly, cancellation requests 12 hours after purchase cannot be honored.
